Shipping, Returns and Refunds
1. Shipping
Orders are typically prepared within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays and exceptional closure periods.
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and vary depending on the destination and the shipping service selected. These estimates are provided for guidance only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, local delivery conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the selected service level.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are complete and accurate. Masullo1932 cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
2. EU shipping
Orders delivered within the European Union are shipped without additional customs duties or import taxes being charged to the customer at delivery.
The final price shown at checkout includes applicable taxes and shipping charges for the selected destination and service level, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery within the European Union is handled by the carrier selected at checkout or by another suitable carrier appointed by Masullo1932.
3. Extra-EU shipping
Orders shipped outside the European Union are dispatched on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis.
This means that customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, carrier administration fees and any other charges imposed by destination-country authorities or carriers are not included in product prices, shipping charges, or checkout totals.
These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient. They may be collected by the carrier, customs authority or appointed broker before or upon delivery.
If local customs authorities or the carrier require additional information to complete customs clearance or delivery, the customer is responsible for providing it in a timely manner.
Masullo1932 cannot control or predict customs processing times, import charges, or local clearance procedures.
4. Returns and right of withdrawal
Consumers may return eligible items within 14 calendar days from delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must inform Masullo1932 of their decision before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at: info@masullo1932.com
Customers may also exercise their right of withdrawal, where available, by using the online return / withdrawal function provided on our website.
After notifying us, customers must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days from the date on which they informed us of their decision to withdraw.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging, labels, tags, and any accessories supplied.
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Personalised, customised, or made-to-order items cannot be returned for a change of mind where the exclusion is permitted by applicable law. This does not affect the customer’s rights in the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods.

5. Refunds
Refunds are issued after returned goods have been received and inspected.
Where a consumer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, Masullo1932 will refund the price paid for the returned item and, where required by applicable law, the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered by Masullo1932.
Any additional cost for express, premium, or non-standard delivery selected by the customer will not be refunded, where permitted by applicable law.
Masullo1932 may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Refused or abandoned Extra-EU shipments
If an Extra-EU shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, carrier fees, or similar destination-country charges, Masullo1932 may deduct from any refund only the costs actually charged to Masullo1932 in connection with the refusal, return, customs handling, or recovery of the parcel, where permitted by applicable law.
If a shipment is abandoned because the customer does not complete required customs or delivery actions, Masullo1932 may be unable to recover the parcel. In such cases, refunds may be reduced or denied where permitted by applicable law.
7. Damaged, incorrect, or lost items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should contact our customer care team promptly at: info@masullo1932.com
Customers should include photographs of the item, internal packaging, external packaging, and shipping label, so that we can assist without delay.
If a shipment appears to be lost in transit, Masullo1932 will open an investigation with the carrier. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier’s procedures.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
