These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to online purchases made through masullo1932.com by consumers and customers purchasing Masullo1932 products for personal use.
By placing an order on the website, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale, together with the policies made available on the website, including the Shipping, Returns and Refunds policy and the Privacy Policy.
3. Products and availability
Product descriptions, images, colours, materials and finishes are provided with care. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, natural material characteristics, artisanal finishing or production differences.
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Masullo1932 will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate solution, such as cancellation, refund or alternative proposal.
