How to measure your palm

Wrap a flexible tape measure around the palm, just below the knuckles and excluding the thumb. If you do not have a tape, use a strip of paper or string, then measure it flat. Measure the dominant hand unless one hand is noticeably fuller. Keep the tape close to the skin, without pulling it tight.
